Product Description
The Friction Screw Washer is specially designed for cleaning and conveying PE film in plastic recycling and washing lines. It uses high-speed mechanical friction to scrub dirt, sand, and other contaminants from the film surface, helping improve cleaning efficiency before the next processing stage.
Working Principle
Inside the friction screw washer, a high-speed rotating shaft equipped with specially designed inclined paddles agitates and scrubs the PE film. Operating at approximately 500–600 RPM, the machine generates strong friction between the film and the material itself. Meanwhile, water is sprayed through the washing chamber to loosen and remove soil, sand, and other contaminants, with wastewater discharged through the filter screen.
Product Features
- Designed for PE Film Washing: Suitable for cleaning PE agricultural film, stretch film, and other flexible plastic films in recycling applications.
- Continuous Washing and Conveying: Combines friction cleaning with material conveying, allowing PE film to move continuously to the next processing stage.
- Efficient Contaminant Removal: High-speed mechanical friction and targeted water spraying help remove surface dirt, sand, and other impurities.
- Automatic Wastewater Drainage: The top water inlet and bottom drainage outlet support continuous washing and the removal of wastewater containing contaminants.
